Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are established to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WIGOPOKER (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”) and users (the “User” or “you”) in connection with the use of the poker game service provided by the Company (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by all provisions set forth in these Terms.

Article 1 (Eligibility)

  1. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
  2. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict your access to the Service or delete your account.

 

Article 2 (Service Overview)

  1. The Service is a purely recreational online poker game intended for entertainment purposes only.
  2. All in-game assets, including virtual chips, items, or achievements, are exclusively for use within the Service. These assets have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real-world currency, goods, or services.
  3. Any attempt to use the Service for the purpose of gambling, betting, or generating financial gain is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict access to the account.

 

Article 3 (Account Creation and Management)

  1. Users may create an account to use the Service and must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  2. Users are solely responsible for managing their accounts. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from account sharing or unauthorized use by third parties.
  3. If the Company suspects any fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms by the User, it may suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.

 

 Article 4 (In-Game Assets and Acquisition)

  1. In-game assets (e.g., chips, tokens, etc.) are used for gameplay progression, feature access, and competitive elements. These assets can be acquired through non-monetary means such as gameplay, bonuses, and event rewards.
  2. These assets are usable only within the Service and cannot be directly or indirectly exchanged for real-world currency, goods, or services.
  3. The Service does not support paid transactions or in-app purchases, and users cannot purchase assets with real money.
  4. The Company may modify the structure, acquisition methods, or usage conditions of in-game assets at its discretion. No compensation will be provided for such changes.

Article 5 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

  1. Users shall not engage in any of the following actions:
  1. Violating applicable laws or these Terms
  2.  Accessing or using another person’s account without authorization
  3. Using external programs (e.g., hacking tools, macros, unofficial clients, etc.)
  4. Exploiting system errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
  5. Infringing upon the rights, reputation, or privacy of the Company or other users
  6. Engaging in conduct that is contrary to public morals or deemed socially inappropriate

 

Article 6 (Prevention of Misconduct and Disciplinary Actions)

  1. The Company strictly prohibits the following types of misconduct. If any such conduct is detected, the Company may impose disciplinary actions against the user:
  1. Using automated tools (e.g., bots, macros, etc.)
  2. Intentionally exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities
  3. Engaging in cooperative gameplay such as intentional losses, match-fixing, or transferring assets to specific users
  4. Creating multiple accounts to concentrate assets or gain unfair advantage
  5. Accessing or manipulating another person’s account without authorization
  6. Engaging in any other conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the game
  1. The Company may take the following disciplinary measures against users found to have committed any of the above:
  1. Issuing a warning
  2. Temporarily or permanently suspending the user’s account
  3. Recalling or resetting in-game assets
  4. Reporting to relevant authorities or taking legal action
  1. Users may appeal against the disciplinary actions imposed by the Company. The Company will review such appeals internally and make a final determination.

 

Article 7 (Provision, Modification, and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may conduct regular maintenance, emergency updates, and other necessary procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Service. As a result, access to the Service may be temporarily restricted.
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the Service’s content, features, and design. In the event of significant changes, the Company will notify users in advance through in-service announcements.

 

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content related to the Service (including text, graphics, audio, software, etc.) is owned by the Company or its rightful licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or transmission of such content is strictly prohibited.

 

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following circumstances:

  1. Acts of God, power outages, server failures, communication disruptions, or other force majeure events.
  2. Damages caused by the user’s negligence, device issues, or network environment.
  3. Losses resulting from unauthorized use by a third party, including account theft or misuse.
  4. Temporary suspension of service, errors, or data loss, whether directly or indirectly incurred, unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  5. Legal issues or disputes arising from content created or transmitted by users within the service.
  6. Problems occurring due to the use of third-party services (e.g., payment systems, social logins, advertisements) not provided by the Company.
  7. Service interruptions or limitations resulting from changes in applicable laws or government policies.

 

Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company collects, uses, and manages users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Details regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data are provided in the Company’s separate Privacy Policy.

 

Article 11 ( Amendment; Additional Terms)

  1. The Company may revise these Terms from time to time.In such cases, users will be informed of the changes through in-service notifications, email, or other appropriate means.
  2. The revised Terms shall take effect upon such notification, and continued use of the Service thereafter shall be deemed as the user’s acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 13 (Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between the Company and the user in connection with these Terms or the Service, both parties shall make good faith efforts to resolve the matter through mutual consultation.
  3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

 

Article 14 (Indemnification)

  1. If a user violates these Terms or any applicable laws and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall be liable for full compensation of such damage.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the Service, unless such damages result from the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence. In such cases, the Company’s liability shall be limited to ordinary and foreseeable damages in accordance with applicable laws.
  3. If a user engages in fraudulent activities—such as using unauthorized programs, hacking, account theft, or exploiting system vulnerabilities—the Company may claim compensation from the user for any resulting damages.

Article 15 (Language)

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for the convenience of users.In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
